Lake Manze is one of the richest game area in Selous, both in the dry and wet season. Docum palms and Terminalia offer shade to the 12 tents which are well spread out, nearly invisible to each other and with good views of the lake.
Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with flush toilet and solar powered hot shower. The tents are spacious and have a comfortable veranda, so that you may sit, relax and watch the animals as they pass by. Elephants do come to drink in Lake Manze, using the old well-worn elephant trail, which runs around the lake and right in front of the camp.
The camp has a cool and shady thatched lodge with a dining area and a sitting area, all overlooking the lake. The camp is basic and simple in approach to its accommodation.
Lake Manze Camp is situated on the shore of Lake Manze within the Selous Game Reserve.
